IMPORTANT Team Meeting Information

Practice for all the Seaside teams will be Sunday, November 17th from 1-4pm at May River High School. Practice will be held in the May River gymnasiums.

If you have not already completed the USAV Medical Release Form (available on this website,) please do so and send it with your daughter to practice. The coaches will hold onto that form and bring it to every Seaside activity.

It is very important for every player and at least one parent to attend our Club Meeting on Sunday after practice at 4pm. We will go over schedules, get uniform sizes and numbers, go over the Player/Parent Contract, choose Team Mom/Dad and Parent Assistants and receive the dues for the season. Most of that information is in the Player/Parent Information packet available on our website

As indicated above, dues will be collected Sunday. Dues for all teams for the 2020 season are $1000. There are multiple ways to pay: cash, check (made out to Seaside Volleyball Club,) via PayPal (PayPal.Me/Seasidevolleyball) or Venmo (davebly.) While our preference is to receive payment in full, due to the large amount of expenses at the beginning of the season, if you need to make payments via our payment plan, your amount due on Sunday will be $400. The remaining payments of $300 are due on January 17th, 2020 and March 1st, 2020.
